Owned and operated by pastry chef Leonila Jr 'Ellah' Nijsters, each creation is a true labor of love offering unique flavors, beautiful designs, and handcrafted artisan recipes influenced by Chef Ellah's international experience. Chef Ellah understands the value of quality ingredients. She is committed to using only real vanilla, cage-free eggs, real butter, and fresh fruit, plus organic & local products when available. Chef Ellah holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, where she graduated summa cum-laude as a pastry chef.
